Polaris World and OLG
OLG is an independent Company providing advice on all matters relating to purchasing property in Spain.

We offer a service whereby we will talk you, our client, get to understand your requirements and then, we would normaly
refer you to a reputable agent that has the expertise to deal with your particular requirements.

When referring clients to estate agents we make sure that the agent is:

Regarding Polaris World - this is slightly different.

In our Independent capacity, we had such a huge number of people asking us about Polaris, we decided to look at it in great detail.
We wanted to be able to talk knowledgably and give advice to our clients. We looked at all the usual things we look at with new
developments (checking licences, guarantees, quality of the build, price etc) and we are happy to recommend Polaris as a development.
However, we do talk honestly about it, and as it is such a unique concept, it is not for everybody.

We then tried to find an agent we could work with but, to be honest, there are so many agents selling Polaris it was difficult to sort the good from the bad. Fortunately we have been able to build an excellent relationship with the Directors of Polaris and we now have direct access to their internal database. This means we have access to their up to date availability list, price list, floor plans, site plans and just about any information that you may require.

Should you wish to visit the development, we will liaise with Polaris and arrange for one of their representatives to meet you and show you around with no pressure to buy.

You will deal direct with the developer, yet have the helping hand of OLG behind you.
