About us:
The Overseas Living Group was established to provide help to UK and Irish residents buying property and living in Spain

Overseas Living Group is a UK Limited company. The founders of the group originally offered only Spanish mortgages to UK and Irish residents and it was in response to demand from our clients that OLG was formed.

We found that our mortgage clients were continually requesting information and guidance on a wide range of related issues about buying property in Spain. Areas included the legal process, dealing with real estate agents, buying furniture, insurance, car hire, investments, off-plan properties, short-term accommodation & construction. As a pure mortgage company it was difficult to serve these additional needs but with Overseas Living Group we can use our practical knowledge of living in Spain to provide a much wider range of services to meet the needs of our clients.

We have developed a wide range of services from local suppliers, people we are confident offer top quality and value to our clients. All of these relationships with our partner suppliers have been developed over many years whilst working and living in Spain.

Our Directors all live in Spain and have many years experience in finance & property both in Spain & the UK (& beyond)
 

Apart from financial and property advice in Spain we aim to offer quality information on subjects as diverse as car hire to legal services, childrens’ schools to job opportunities, healthcare to dealing with the Town Hall. Indeed the longer term objective of the Overseas Living Group is to provide a reliable source of quality information on goods and services in many of the overseas destinations around the World favoured by UK and Irish residents. Currently our focus is on Spain but as we continue to grow our business will expand into other popular destinations.
